? By using the bot, you agree to these rules. "Jupiter" and "the Bot" mean the same here.

• No harassment or harm to others.
• No interfering with the bot's services.

? Use the bot responsibly. Respect others and follow laws and Discord rules.

3️⃣ Responsibilities

• Provide accurate data.
• Keep your account info secure.

? You are responsible for what you enter and for not sharing your password.

4️⃣ Virtual Currency (jupits)

jupits are virtual and cannot be converted to real money.

? jupits only have value inside Jupiter; they are not a real-world currency.

5️⃣ Modifications and Termination

We can update TOS anytime and may suspend access for violations. You may stop using the bot anytime.

? Changes are notified through the bot. Violations can result in temporary or permanent suspension.

6️⃣ Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Bot is provided "as is" without warranties. We aren't liable for damages or interruptions.

? We do our best, but errors or downtime can happen. You use the bot at your own risk.

7️⃣ Governing Law

These TOS are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes go to German courts.

? If legal issues arise, German law applies and courts in Germany are responsible.
